KARAKOL SUMMITS  

	We offer you climbs in this ratable mountaineering  region.  The route begins in the ancient town of Karakol. By vehicle you will tour picturesque gorges including:  Karakol, Jety-Oguz  and  Altyn-Arashan.  Routes for climbing lead to peaks of more than 5000 m. The  routes are  rocky, iced and combined.  Categories  of  the  routes range  from simple  to extremely complicated.  The great number of summits and variety of categories  give you a  chance to make your  own route. The beauty and complication  of the Karakol region  can be compared with Patagonia.  

Day. 1. Arrive in  Bishkek. Accommodation in a hotel  
2. Trip by vehicle to Karakol (400 km)   
3. Trip to base-camp (alt.-2100 m). in Karakol canyon.  
4-5. Acclimatization, climbing to the high mountain one (alt-3200 m).   
6-20. Ascents.
21. Transfer to Bishkek.  
22. Return home .
